FEROX currently presents a 12-month warranty framework for eligible manufacturing defects in main components. Final coverage, start date, hours limits, and exclusions must be confirmed in the sales contract.
Common exclusions
Normal wear parts, incorrect carrier matching, insufficient maintenance, contamination, improper gas charging, unauthorized modification, misuse, external impact, and operation outside approved hydraulic limits may be excluded.
Evidence required for a claim
- Product model and serial number.
- Order or invoice reference.
- Carrier brand, model, hydraulic flow, and pressure.

- Maintenance and lubrication record.

Claim process
